Performance / Young athletes & parents

Youth athletic development in Pattaya.

Purposeful training for growing athletes. Build skills, confidence and physical qualities with coaching that respects the person behind the potential.

Your starting point

Young athletes are not small adults.

Training is typically for ages 11–18. Younger athletes may be considered case by case, depending on maturity and the ability to follow instructions. We focus on athletic development with close supervision and parent communication.

  • Coordination & agility

How we work

Develop the athlete, step by step.

Maturity, experience and technique shape the work. Difficulty progresses through coaching and feedback.

Assess

Understand the young athlete, their sport, movement experience and goals with parent input.

Develop

Build technique and broad athletic qualities through age-appropriate, supervised training.

Progress

Increase challenge with attention to maturity, confidence and the ability to follow the task.

Monitor & re-test

Use communication and useful measures to guide development and explain the next step.

Care & coaching in practice

Technique first. Confidence alongside it.

The focus is athletic development, rather than bodybuilding or labels about future potential. Training should be challenging, engaging and appropriate for the individual.

Close supervision

One-to-one coaching places technique before load and adapts difficulty to the athlete.

Parent communication

Keep parents involved in the goals, approach and progression of the programme.

A connection to rehab

When injury is part of the picture, connect with physiotherapy and Return to Sport as appropriate.

Development, without the labels.

Testing can help guide the next phase of training. It does not label talent or predict a young athlete’s future success.
