Performance / Insight into action

Athlete screening & performance testing in Pattaya.

Testing only matters if it changes what we do next. Ask the right questions, understand the results and put them to work.

Your starting point

Start with a useful question.

An assessment should relate to your goal. We select relevant tests and interpret the results in the context of training, rehabilitation or performance, rather than collecting numbers for their own sake.

  • How strong are you?
  • How do you produce force?
  • How do you jump and land?
  • Are side-to-side differences meaningful?
  • Are you progressing?

How we work

From question to action.

Data becomes useful when it helps explain your starting point and shape the next phase.

Understand the goal

Identify the decision that the assessment needs to support.

Select relevant tests

Choose measures suited to the question and your context.

Collect data

Complete the selected assessment with appropriate coaching and explanation.

Interpret

Discuss the findings in relation to your goals, history and current capacity.

Put it to work

Use the findings to guide training or rehabilitation and plan useful reassessment.

Care & coaching in practice

The question comes before the equipment.

Current tools support assessment and feedback. Clinical reasoning and coaching connect the measurements to practical decisions.

Force & jumping

Hawkin Dynamics force plates support relevant force and jump assessment.

Strength & feedback

Hawkin Dynamics TruStrength supports strength measurement; OVR supports velocity and jump feedback.

Follow the progression

Lumin Sports supports programming, monitoring, communication and longitudinal tracking.

A result is the beginning of a conversation.

Testing is not medical clearance or a guarantee of injury prevention or talent selection. Its value is in relevant interpretation and the next action.

Your questions

A little clarity.

A few questions before your next step.

View all FAQs
Do I need every available test?

No. The assessment starts with your goal and selects relevant tests to support the question being asked.

Can testing guarantee that I will not get injured?

No. Testing does not guarantee injury prevention, medical clearance or a safe return. It supports decisions alongside the wider assessment.

What happens after the assessment?

Results are interpreted in context and turned into practical next steps for training or rehabilitation. Reassessment can then help track relevant progress.

When will I receive my full screening report?

Your written report is included in the full athletic screening and will be sent by email within 3 working days of your assessment.
