Rehab / One-to-one physiotherapy
Understand your pain. Find your starting point. Rebuild the capacity for the things that matter to you.
Your starting point
You do not need to be an athlete to benefit from physiotherapy. We work with people managing musculoskeletal pain, recovering movement and returning to activity. Your history, priorities and experience guide the conversation.
How we work
Physical therapy begins with understanding you. We bring the assessment, explanation and next steps into one shared plan.
Select a stage to explore its focus.
Talk through what has changed, what you have tried and what you want to get back to.
Explore your movement and physical capacity in the context of your symptoms and history.
Choose appropriate treatment and active rehabilitation together, with clear explanations.
Agree the next steps, including useful work between visits and how progress will be reviewed.
Care & coaching in practice
Your plan can combine hands-on care with exercise, education and progressive loading. The choice follows your assessment and goals.
Therapeutic exercise, strength training and movement retraining, progressed with your feedback.
Manual therapy, education, load management or outdoor hydrotherapy when appropriate.
Home or remote programming and useful objective testing to guide reassessment.
As symptoms change, the plan can progress toward the strength, confidence and capacity your life demands. We adapt through assessment, feedback and collaboration.
People first
No. Physiotherapy supports everyday movement, work, exercise and sport. We start with your situation and the activities that matter to you.
Active rehabilitation is central to our approach. The exercises, loading and supporting treatment are chosen around your assessment, capacity and goals.
Your clinician can include home or remote programming where useful. You will discuss how it fits your daily life and how to give feedback on the plan.
