This notice covers this website, enquiries and online booking. Health information you share with us is used with your consent for your assessment, treatment and related clinical communication. We do not use patient health information for advertising or marketing analytics.

When you contact us

We receive the name, contact details and message you choose to share so we can answer your enquiry, help arrange a visit and communicate about your booking. Email links open your email application; this website does not have its own enquiry submission form.

WhatsApp, LINE and email are handled through their respective services. Please share only what is needed to arrange your visit; ask the team how to provide medical documents or detailed health information.

Booking and payment

Our booking page loads Cliniko’s booking module. Opening that page connects your browser to Cliniko. Information you enter into the module goes to Cliniko for the clinic’s booking process, including appointment administration and related communications.

Online payments are processed through Stripe. Our website does not have its own card-entry form or store your full payment-card details.

You can read Cliniko’s privacy policy and Stripe’s privacy policy for information about their handling of data. These providers may process information outside Thailand.

Cookies and analytics

If you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits to general clinic pages and clicks to book, contact us or get directions. Google Analytics does not load before you consent. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from using this website or booking an appointment.

Analytics uses a randomly generated browser identifier, visit timing, your selected language, general page categories and approved traffic-source labels. Google receives technical connection information such as your IP address and browser information. We do not send names, contact details, free-text messages, health information, appointment information or payment details to Google Analytics. Booking, clinical-service and patient-story pages are excluded. A booking click measures interest, not a completed appointment.

We remember your choice in browser storage for six months. Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*) are set to expire within six months without extending their lifetime on each visit. Change or withdraw consent using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Rejecting analytics stops tracking and removes accessible analytics cookies. Withdrawal does not erase information already sent; contact us if you have questions about that information.

Google may process data outside Thailand; see Google’s privacy policy. This website does not use Meta Pixel or advertising cookies, and advertising personalisation is disabled.

Booking and payment services have their own technical requirements and privacy settings. These website choices do not change those services; see Cliniko’s cookie information.

Cookie settings

Links to Google Maps, Instagram and other external services take you to those providers. Their privacy policies apply when you use them.

How long we keep medical records

We retain medical records for at least five years from the date they are created, and longer where necessary for continuing care, legal obligations or legal claims. We review retained information periodically and securely delete it when it is no longer required. You may request deletion, although some records must be retained to meet these obligations.

Questions about your information

You can contact us to ask about the information we hold, request a copy or correction, or ask about deletion, restricting its use or withdrawing consent where applicable. We may need to verify your identity. Some information may need to be retained for clinical, accounting or legal reasons, so deletion may not always be possible.

For a privacy enquiry, email info@rp-physio.com with “Privacy enquiry” in the subject. We check this inbox daily and aim to acknowledge messages within 12–24 hours; completing a records request may take longer.
